Obsługa nie posługuje się językiem angielskim. Zdjęcia przestawiające bufet śniadaniowy znacznie odbiegają od rzeczywistości. Parking nie jest dostosowany do dużej liczby gości. Jakość połączenia internetowego bardzo ograniczona, sygnał bardzo słaby- przez dwa ostatnie dni w ogóle nie mieliśmy dostępu do Internetu. Pokoje bardzo małe i skromnie urządzone. Obsługa miła mimo bariery językowej. Okolica czysta, dużo restauracji i sklepów. W pobliżu hotelu znajduje się czysta, piaszczysta plaża. Polecam osobom nie mającym zbyt dużych wymagań, znających język lokalny lub rosyjski.
