The location is very nice, overlooking the river. the room is very clean and very comfortable, I loved that we could order the pillows we wanted from the pillow menu ( I have back issues and pillows can be a huge problem when travelling).Staff were lovely and friendly, the breakfast is tasty and the location of it (rooftop bar) is perfect. Mini bar soft drinks were free, and there were pastries , coffee and water available in the lobby all day. This mays sound like a small thing but on this trip we stayed in four hotels and Kivir was the only one offering free drinks, and at these high temperatures it is great to be able to always have cold water refill.

Our room looked at the back on the very unappealing street (saying that - we did not book room with a view, I am not even sure that it was possible to specify) but we were very disappointed to miss out on the glorious river views. The swimming pool is really crammed in the corner of the terrace, really only good for a quick dip, not hanging around. Slippers would be nice in the room, always are. But as I said we had a really good stay and these are small niggly bits.

Location is perfect, right on the river by Triana Bridge and by a car park if needed However all that is eclipsed by the amazing staff, the welcome we received at reception was so warm and friendly we felt at home straight away, and that was continued with all the staff we met, including the roof terrace bar staff. Totally recommend..
