I will never ever rent here again, if I could rate with a zero I would... 1- you have to check-in at another hotel to get your key and return it; 2- the bathroom sink completely rusted and water taps in poor condition; 3-bathtubs are grubby ; 4- dispensers empty. 5-The exterior is not plowed neither are the walkways to the rooms . 6-NO service at location it looks deserted; 7- bedding and towels small of bleach and very ruff, beds not comfortable at all. I wrote 3 times with questions and received absolutely NO REPLY. I EVEN CALLED NO REPLY AGAIN. HORRIBLE PLACE.

Nous avons bien dormi. C'était propre.

Notre arrivée a été pénible, c'était fermé, nous avons cherché l'entrée, la terrasse pas déneigée, le deuxième glacé, dangereux.

Chambre propre, tranquille, lit confortable, personnel courtois. Odeur de cigarette dans la chambre même si non fumeur désagréable cependant

We couldnt stay there as they gave us a room on second floor. No reception desk property desserted had to go to Manoir then no one knew the lay out of hotel. I wond up wuth no where to stay. Plus I had just oaid. The person at the desk had no authority to refund me. We had to wait the following day to have only a partial refund as the computer wouldnt allow it then had to keep in touch to get the rest of the refund. I was offer to stay at their hotel instead having to pay much more and gaving to take a roomcfor a few days and from there to have to move to different room firctge rest of our stay. Please do yourself a favor check in the comfort in in St Georges was very welcoming. No one wants to have nowhers to stay after travelling for 11 hours from Nova Scotia to Quèbec.

Le d'aller prendre les à une autre place pour revenir sur le site Les appareils électroménagers sont vieux ( télévision- cafetière) Certains membre du personnel sont pas attentifs aux besoins des clients

Prix, propre, lit correct

Insonorisation nettement déficiante

Ce n'est pas notre première visite au Happy Logis que nous apprécions habituellement pour la propreté de la chambre et pour l'accueil .

À notre arrivée au motel, ils nous informent que les clés ne sont plus disponibles sur place. Nous devons reprendre la route pour aller chercher nos clés à l'autre hôtel qui appartient au même propriétaire maintenant. Les matelas étaient moins confortables que les chambres louées antérieurement.
