Clementine

Our stay was quite comfortable, but the information provided often seemed very confusing. On arrival we carefully read the folder provided which contained the rules, instructions, hints etc. It stated that we should enjoy the welcome gift of a complimentary bottle of wine! Unfortunately there was no wine! Also, information regarding the departure time was very conflicting. We received different 5 notices, over a period of time, stating various vacate times. The last 2 were both sent at the same time, 8:45am on the day of our departure. The text quoted 10am vacate, whilst the email quoted 11am vacate?? Both the text and email originated from the same source. Very confusing!

Loved the location being close to shops and restaurants, nice quiet street, lovely garden, and the living quarters were spacious and comfortable. Very clean and well appointed. Would have been handy if there was a clothes washing machine and dryer. But everything was excellent.
