Comfort Inn Fayetteville near Fort Bragg

Front desk staff was friendly and professional. I didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t comment on that. The ice machine was all the way down to the end of the hallway and hard to locate without proper signs, I had a hard time finding it. The inside of the hotel is clean but there was a lot of debris, dirt around the side entrance door that needs to be cleaned and swept up for a safer walkway.

Bed bugs the clean it’s horrible and is infested with bed bugs

The hotels have an horrible cleaning I get bed bug twice in different rooms and they just don’t did anything about it, just don’t care torrible terrible avoid this disgusting hotel

To get straight to the point, the property is undergoing renovations, but it has been allowed to become so dilapidated that it actually really should be closed for those renovations. We’ve always gone out of our way to stay at choice Hotel properties, to avoid that but after this experience we may rethink that. The only thing that made it bearable were the wonderful employees.

First time staying and will most definitely be back.

We had to move rooms multiple times. The first one smelled like urine and the second one the lights and the tv did not work. By the time we got to the third room, we were just completely over it . When asked to move the other building because it was more convenient when it came to the breakfast (which they did not have on Sunday) and I received attitude. Lastly when asked why did they double charge the deposit, the lady at the front desk got really snappy with me and I did not appreciate that whatsoever
