Snug Harbor Resort and Marina

We can’t stop talking about how much we loved our stay here! The resort is lovely across the board with adorable cozy cabins, lots of amenities, and a stunning location. The check in process was smooth and staff were kind and informative. Our cabin was very comfortable - there was enough space to cook and stretch out on the couch, and the view was wonderful. They provide lots of great information about local history and attractions. Best of all is how quiet it is. You can catch great sunsets from the dock, watch seals play in the water, and truly feel like you’ve made it to PNW paradise.

The staff was absolutely amazing including Brandy. We had some good laughs with her and she was easy to talk to. The property is so beautiful. It’s so worth it. We’re gonna make this a yearly event. This was my first time there and I will definitely be coming back.

My family (myself, husband, 11 year old and 5 year old) stayed three nights in a two bedroom king cabin over spring break and had the best time! The cabin was spotless, everything seemed new and was in great condition, and the grounds are beautifully maintained and so peaceful. We loved the views from every room of the cabin and being a bit set back from the slightly busier waterfront lawn area. They have a cute little gift shop with a variety of foods and snacks, including ingredients for s'mores, and movies and games to borrow, which my kids loved. The coffee shop on site was a hit too and so nice to just walk down in the mornings. The staff is super nice and always had smiles and positive, helpful attitudes. We also loved not being right in town and instead surrounded by nature, but only gorgeous 15 minute drive away. I would highly, highly recommend Snug Harbor to anyone interested in visiting the San Juan Islands!

Snug Harbor offers an absolutely premium experience at a tremendous value. The location of the resort perfectly captures the essence and beauty of the San Juan Islands, and the quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail is unparalleled. Along with that, the staff make you feel right at home from the moment you check in. Please keep this place a secret. It is too good to share.

Again, another excellent stay at Snug Harbor! This time my sister joined me and loved it as well. We spent our days at nearby Lime Kiln Point State Park. Haven't seen any whales yet, but did see a Sea Lion eating a huge octopus! Great location to both Friday Harbor (ate a delicious dinner at Downriggers) and Roche Harbor (at at Lime Kiln Cafe. Such a fun couple of days! Would highly recommend!

This property was absolutely clean and every need was thought out, from firewood to baking dishes in case you want to use the oven. The grounds were manicured and beautiful. This is a place to go to if you want to throw your day to day aside and get lost for a while. We thought it was great.

Luxurious waterfront accommodations with so many special touches. Staff was friendly, WiFi was great, cafe on site was an added bonus. We were so happy to have spent our family vacation at Snug Harbor.
