Courtyard by Marriott Spokane Downtown at the Convention Center

Property is undergoing renovation and we were awoken early every morning by loud noise

It was underwhelming for the price but clean and we liked our view.

The hotel is under construction / re model - there is no mention of it on website when booking - only way to enter the room I was assigned was by exiting building and using side door - then catch an elevator which smelt of smoke, - signs on the stairwell only to be used in case of emergency. The construction mess in the stair wells is no doubt a safety issue. When I spoke to the front desk was spoken to very rudely. Very disappointed with the whole experience - I have lifetime status with Marriott and expect to be treated with a little respect. Construction noise was disappointing, i understand that this is not the quietest activity - but give us warning on the website when booking so we have the option of looking at other hotels.

Location along the river was great and had easy access to walking trail.

The sofa sleeper was not very comfortable.

The property is under pretty heavy construction. I booked a king sweet with a hide a bed but got a standard room with no couch and the bathroom door slammed shut after I stepped out and locked so I had to call down to have them unlock it. Definitely not worth what they are charging.

The AC systems are to load and I woke up twice in the middle of the night.. staff is great .. room was fine but to noisy

Booked by my company travel office, I was unaware the hotel was undergoing major renovation. Noisy, smelly, and difficult to conduct my videoconferencing during the day. Great location on the river next to Gonzaga, but avoid this hotel until the remodeling is complete. No consideration given when we complained to the front desk. I expect better from Marriott.

It was under construction, at 71 I wasn't happy with taking the stairs.should have been told they were under a remodel when I made reservations. My wife is disabled so getting to the room was an ordeal.nice bed good view,staff was good.didnt like the mess for the price of 200 I expected more.
