The clean facility, excellent staff and the quietness

Location is great and the hotel is clean. One staff person at the registration desk (female working evening shift) was very helpful.

We had to change rooms because toilet in first room made a loud squealing noise. Engineer told front desk it was fixed while we were out to dinner. It was NOT fixed, maybe not quite as loud. Front desk staff changed us to another room one floor higher. It was an handicap accessible room so some features such as no significant countertop around bathroom sink were inconvenient. However, it was clean and quiet. The hotel needs attention to detail such as painting elevator doors. Rugs near entrance do not facilitate movement of suitcases. The hotel has signs up about new management. If the new owners pay attention to details, the hotel could be one of the nicest in ABQ again. For now, it's okay. There's lots of competition in that area now.

It was ok. The best part is you are next to the airport with hotel transportation to/from the airport with ease. The executive lounge was not so great. What they put out in the evening was the worst i have ever seen at a Marriot. It was like some fruits some vegetables, cheese, and not much else. Breakfast was a bit better but overall weak in that department. The room was nice and had a good nights sleep. The staff was great and responsive. The bar downstairs was also decent and the restaurant looked like they had good food. There are nearby restaurants you can walk to. Overall, excellent hotel location if you are flying out of ABQ!

It was great! The rooms are spacious and clean. I didn’t have meal because it was an overnight stay. It’s right next to the airport. The shuttle service is prompt and efficient
