"Road trip "

The desk manager when we checked in was very friendly yet professional. We had a beautiful room, comfortable beds , very very clean Maria was the breakfast host and she was also very friendly. She also was at the front desk when we checked out. Such a sweet young lady. My husband and I agreed we’d definitely go back. We did return 2 days later on our way home and Maria was at the front desk again. Unfortunately there were no rooms available, which we saw online, but I thought we would stop and check anyway. She apologized over and over again. Not necessary but sweet

"Too bright at night and no shower pressure."

For the $150/night, would expect blackout curtains and at least SOME water pressure in the shower. Both were absent. The shower took forever because the water barely falls out of the head and you have to pool it in your hands to rinse the nether-regions. My guess is no one at the hotel has actually USED the shower. Very bright in the room as the curtains pull closed, but there are bright streaks of light that fall on the walls, so you get both the bright window and the bright reflections on the wall. Like sleeping with lights on. Staff was great and room was clean. but likely would choose somewhere else on my next business trip to the area.
