Everything!! The room smelled with food all the time! You can hear everyone in the hotel talking, slamming doors again and again. We did not sleep at all. The lady house keeping was rude. The hotel charged me twice in everything! Room already paid when booking and they charged again when we checked in ! Dinner was charged twice, we already paid to the restaurant and they charged again to the room. Sooo unprofessional. Be careful!!

Loved the cozy style and the size of the room and beds. The staff were very friendly and offered us a generous upgrade. The hotel is 1,5 h from Yosemite, which is very logistically planned, lots of shops and restaurants around. The parking is complimentary , as the morning coffee bar

L'établissement a beaucoup de charme, notamment la terrasse extérieure avec la possibilité de se réchauffer autour du feu. La chambre était grande, propre et très bien équipée. Nous avons beaucoup aimé les brochures sur le parc du Yosemite à l'intérieur de la chambre, qui nous ont permis d'organiser des activités à faire le lendemain. Le personnel est très gentil et le petit déjeuner était délicieux.

Nous avons attendu très longtemps notre facture du petit déjeuner car le ticket avait été perdu. Mais ce n'est pas très grave, l'hôtel l'a retrouvé et nous avons pu effectuer notre check-out et être facturé directement sur notre carte de crédit.
