USI stayed for two weeks in June 2021. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. There is a nice park with a public swimming pool a five minute walk across the street. The owners were as helpful as could be. I recommend this place with no reservation.
This was a nice little hotel. Clean and quiet. The front desk attendant was super friendly as well. I would stay here again without a second thought.
USNeeded to be in Franklin, NE, (population 1000). The Drop Tyne Lodge is a good, basic motel - clean rooms, lots of space in our double queen bed room, a little continental breakfast in the main office. Staff was quick to respond to our request for extra towels. Friendly. Only a half hour away from Harlan County Lake. Biggest issue for us - not enough outlets. Located at the sink and behind the TV. None near the desk where we needed them.
We really enjoyed our stay in this little motel. Our room was huge, and had a nice pull out couch. It could stand a few updates, and a shower handhold would be a good thing to install. The ladies were very nice. I would stay again if we ever get back that way.
I rarely find a spot as nice as this, in this price range. Super friendly staff. Rooms are extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable. Very quiet. Highly recommend!

The TV was small. Watching the football game on a small TV wasn't what we hoped for after driving all day. Staff called to find out what time we were checking in. No breakfast.
