CAUSThe staff is awesome!! Friendly and professional. Rooms newly renovated and very pretty. The town is small but has a few good to great eateries. The Black Powder Bar and Grill is very close by with awesome food!
Pet walk area is a bit limited and very dark
USThis was the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in. Actually, the room, including the bath, was spotless. Even their parking lot was super clean! And, it was very spacious and very comfortable. All other motels/hotels could take a lesson from the Drop Tyne in how to care for their properties. Exceptional.

USOlder location but cute decor and looked/felt very clean. Staff accommodated us for late check in which was quick and simple. No breakfast but still a good value as there is limited accommodations in the area. Quiet and comfortable place to rest from our roadtrip. Exceptional staff that went above and beyond when my husband accidentally left behind his laptop computer.
No breakfast but still a good stay
The hotel was clean and quiet. However, the small town closed up very early so there was no place to eat. In addition, they only served breakfast until 8:00 AM which was too early for us to eat since we were on vacation.
