A localização ser perto do aeroporto é o ponto alto dessa acomodação. Facilita para quem está saindo da Tailândia e tem voo noturno. Destaco a limpeza e organização do local. Tem tudo perto, transporte, loja de conveniência 7/11 e comida local muito bem feita e barata.

O check-out, faltavam 2h pro meu check-out e a anfitriã ficou me interpelando porque ela precisava limpar o quarto para os próximos hóspedes, dizendo que ela teria apenas 2h após o check-out. respeito entendo a necessidade da anfitriã, reconheço que é uma mulher trabalhadora e muito honrada. Mas minha compreensão tem limite, também sou uma mulher trabalhadora que estava no momento de descanso e férias, inclusive eu havia passado mal no dia anterior, por isso precisei utilizar todo tempo até o check-out para poder me restabelecer , em nenhum momento foi perguntado como eu estava, apenas que horas eu ia sair. Minha recomendação é que se mantenha o nível de limpeza da acomodação o que é muito bom, mas que isso não seja um problema no atendimento com os hóspedes sendo indelicada apressando o check-out. descanse irmã! O seu humor irá melhorar e você irá prosperar.

I stayed here for one night because my flight was suddenly cancelled and I urgently needed a place near the airport. At first, the experience was very positive. When I called, a young man who spoke excellent English answered. He was calm, kind, and reassuring, which helped a lot because I was mentally exhausted. The hostel was clean and seemed well managed. He said he was the owner and that his mother helps clean every morning. Both of them initially appeared very kind, and I felt safe. However, the next morning everything changed. The owner’s mother suddenly confronted me in an aggressive way, pushing a bedsheet in front of me and accusing me of making a “stain.” She had been friendly minutes before, so I was confused. I checked the sheet carefully and could not see any clear stain. It looked like it could have been water (possibly from wet hair), but she insisted it was “oil” and immediately demanded compensation. I tried to explain calmly. I have traveled solo many times and stayed in many hostels without ever damaging property or having conflicts. Sheets are meant to be washed, and there was no proof that I caused anything or even that the sheet was from my bed. She shouted and became hysterical without listening. She demanded 250 THB, which is extremely high for a bedsheet. When I said I could not pay, she became angrier. I felt unsafe and left temporarily without my luggage because I was scared something might happen if I took it. While I was on the phone explaining the situation to her son, she stood next to me and laughed while I said I was scared. I later contacted the tourist police and the Japanese embassy for advice. The owner then messaged me saying that if I didn’t pay, I should take the sheet with me because they would not use it anymore, which I was later warned could cause legal trouble, so I refused. What started with kindness ended in intimidation over an unproven issue. I advise future travelers to be very cautious.
