The hotel has a great location and a lovely ambiance, which are definitely its strongest points. However, our overall experience was disappointing due to several issues. The rooms are quite small, which made the stay less comfortable than expected. The biggest issue, however, was the room service. Over the course of two days, we never received one of the orders we placed. On another evening, after several calls, we were told that room service had received too many orders and could not accept any additional requests. We were also told that someone would call us back, but no one ever did. While we understand that hotels can experience busy periods, the lack of follow-up and poor communication was frustrating and fell short of expectations. The location and atmosphere are wonderful, but the service needs significant improvement to match the quality of the property.
