Hotel Blue Sapphire

It was close to the airport as we only had a couple of hours to rest before our next flight And they have free shuttle

The hotel reception looks old ,very smelly The rooms are not clean ,my wife and kids were uncomfortable staying there Something stinged them while sleeping probably bed bugs

Bathroom stank

It was close to the airport.

Everything else. It was exceptionally dirty. Dirtiest bathroom we have ever seen. Floors stained yellow - toilet not flushed. No towels. Dirty eating area. We dirty old and worn bedding that didn’t fit the bed. We slept on top of our clothes.

The location as it was near the airport and they have shuttle bus

Noisy at times

Decent hotel, close to the airport.

Airport transfer was not properly arranged, driver was not there when the guest arrived, even though it was confirmed before. Also the booking was not found at the hotel, which lead to a lot of confusion while checking in. When addressing this, no apologies were given by the staff.

Asked for takeaway breakfast coz I was catching early flight out of Dar es Salaam but found nothing at Reception early in the morning 🌅
