"We would definitely stay in the bless hotel again and had a wonderful stay!"

Service was excellent - friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious and the location of the hotel was fantastic. The concierge team helped us with dinner reservations, flamenco show, shopping recommendations as well as other random help and calls and we really appreciated them.

The bathroom could use some attention/renovation as the shower and sinks did not drain well. Additionally, the hand held showerhead option in the shower was broken. They had a rain shower option so it was fine but just needs some attention. If you are sensitive to noise I would reconsider. There was maybe a club or something so there was noise during the day and night. I was fine with my sound machine so it didn’t bother me but I could see it being problematic for others.

Staff is very good, very polite.

The information about the rooms in the photos on the website and in the booking system is incorrect. I booked a room with a large terrace and chairs and a table on the terrace. Upon arrival, I was given a room exactly the same size but without a terrace. It wasn't until the next day after my arrival that I was given a room with a terrace. The terraces are located on the lower floors right next to the road, not on the upper floors. This creates discomfort because it feels like you're right on the road. Also, the breakfast was very weak. The food wasn't very tasty.
