KWI like the restaurant and the cafe
They didn’t let me check in till I contact booking customer service 2:30pm and i was there 12pm which is not a nice at all and the reception staff was helpless and rude , when i was in my room one of the workers tried to entered my room without knocking the door !!

the weakness of the hotel is the restaurant staff, as they are unfriendly and uncooperative with the guests. Breakfast also does not reach the level of five-star hotels, and the coffee maker is always not filled and pours water instead of coffee. In addition, I left the room before noon and came back near midnight and was not cleaned and provided with clean towels.
