Was raining when we arrived by taxi and staff greeted us with umbrellas so we didn’t get wet.Our room was conveniently located near reception so we were checked in and in room quickly.

"A warm welcome at a bargain price"

Great budget hotel in a quiet and scenic part of town. Staff very friendly and accommodating, hired a scooter (essential) and explored the Da Lat region. Bring some warm clothes if you're used to a tropical climate, Da Lat's 5,000 ft elevation means it's 10°c cooler than Saigon, and it feels like May in the UK. All in all, terrific value for money and a comfortable bed with good TV channels. Excellent coffee shop 10 minutes walk away with panoramic mountain views.

Was very pleasant, they were extremely helpful on my tour problem. Free water if you fill your bottle in lobby. Drinks in fridge at reasonable prices. Free tea in room.

"Below average "

The receptionist told me she had not received the reservation email and tried to make me pay again. She then made me wait and oriented me to a low quality room. Distance to downtown is higher than indicated. Last but not least, it's cold at night and the room was not heated.

아직 숙박시설이 완성된 상태는 아닌것같았는데 그래도 전반적으로 깔끔하고 편안했다. 그리고 무엇보다 직원분들이 너무 친절하셨고 버스예약까지 도와주셨다. 감사합니다.
