I only spoke a few Turkish phrases, but the staff were patient and understanding while we communicated via Google Translate. The room had a nice view over Trabzon and clean, came with a comfortable bed and chairs. The dry cleaning service/the staff letting me leave the luggage after the check-out was a huge plus as I travelled the Black Sea region. The location is just 7 min walk from the dolmus stop or 15 min walk from Trabzon Forum. I definitely stay here again.

Отличный отель, чистота, порядок, вкусный запах везде, все что нужно кровать, матрас, белье, все в отличном состоянии, есть своя парковка, постоянно здесь останавливаемся и всегда остаёмся довольны.

الاستقبال وحسن التعامل كان جداً ممتاز. اخذت غرفة فيها سرير كبير وسرير صغير وأريكتين ينفع لاول ليلة في طرابزون بحكم قربة من المطار بدل الهجوله العزل جداً سيئ اسمع الي جنبي. وأنابيب تصريف الماء تسمعها في الجدار يوجد مواقف خلفيه
