Hotel maravilhoso. Perfeito. Está localizado no coração de Madrid, literalmente. Está no início da Gran Via. Fizemos tudo à pé: Museu do Prado, Plaza Mayor...restaurantes, lojas, tudo de fácil acesso. Há várias estações de metrô à poucos metros. Super recomendo.

El hotel es perfecto! Tiene todo lo de un 5 estrellas para mi, y la ubicación es de lo mejor, su desayuno es excelente y sus camas son muy cómodas, la opción de bañera tmbn es excelente!

Hotel muito bem localizado na Gran Via, próximo do metrô, de restaurantes. Funcionários muito educados e prontos a ajudar. Quarto de tamanho bom, cama confortável, banheiro espaçoso!

O único ponto é que o ar condicionado não gelava tão bem e em uma época de extremo calor, faz falta.
