Грязь. Плохая вентиляция и элементарных мыльных принадлежностей не было. בוץ. אוורור לקוי ואביזרי סבון בסיסיים לא היו. Dirt. There was poor ventilation and no basic soap supplies.

Заселили в номер з битим телевізором. Стіни в тріщинах...моторошно... Виселили через 12 годин. Так що майте це на увазі

"Big problems with our booking"

We had booked a room for 4 persons (family) for one night. We chose the hotel since it´s located near the airport and we needed a place to sleep after our flights to Georgia. Our flight arrived after midnight as planned and we had informed the hotel about our check-in time in the middle of the night. The hotel confirmed the check-in time and even offered a pick-up at the airport, but we took a taxi. When we arrived at the hotel the lady working there refused to let us in since it was fully booked according to her. She finally let us in after arguing. Our booking didn´t exist according to her despite us showing her the confirmation on Booking. We finally managed to get two rooms for 2 persons, one of which was very simple/poor standard. We managed to sleep for a few hours despite poor standard and no AC.
