The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were smooth.

The hotel was not as clean as I was expecting. Some rennovation work is required. Kitchen was poorly equipped.

Location was perfect for my work reasons. Stay was extremely comforting & value for money. Special thanks to Mr. Odai Rawashdeh, Mohammad Al Zayoot, ramadan, hassan, Amer Masri & amer rawashdeh for their exceptional customer service. Will definitely visit again.

We had a room booked at this hotel for 4 nights. I even contacted the hotel 2 days before check-in to reconfirm. They told me all was confirmed. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed and nobody was there. We had to frantically find another hotel at the last minute and it also took the hotel a long time to provide a refund for the room. Apparently, they have reopened since then, however I would not recommend.

We paid for 8 days . I paid for breakfast and cleaning . But they did not clean yhe room and breakfast was too bad . I asked for samething , they said finish not even sorry . The reception was friemdly but too much noisy from cars outside .

We spend there a week. Onewords - it is good enough for that price: room was clean and everything what journeyman needs on his travel is there. Maybe all things in room are a bit tired, but they works. Best thing in our room was bed - very comfortable. Lights-design in room was were a bit... bleak. We liked breakfasts - quite rich buffee with local traditional dishes. Staff was friendly and helpful. The best is, that around can be found several cafes and restaurants. One supermarket is one step near just around the corner. Our favourite was Kababji-restaurant few steps from entrance. Just 15 minutes to walk is Abdali Mall.
