Buena ubicación junto a la estación de Chamartín (a apenas 2 minutos andando), el personal fue muy amable en todo momento (teníamos incluido el desayuno y cómo salíamos antes de que empezase, nos prepararon un picnic para llevar). Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y el baño es grande. Estaba todo muy limpio.

Me pareció un poco caro. Las esperas en recepción pueden ser largas, deberían contratar a más personal ya que el que había hacía lo que podía dando su máximo.
