Il personale è davvero ospitale e accogliente: in particolare abbiamo apprezzato la signora di cui non conosciamo il nome e il ragazzo della reception, Edoardo. Sempre con il sorriso sul volto, sempre disponibili e gentili nei confronti degli ospiti.

La struttura è un po’ datata e sembra aver avuto anni migliori, ma è anche l’impressione generale che si ha girando per Montecatini. La camera si affaccia su un hotel abbandonato, e purtroppo ne abbiamo notati diversi in zona. Anche alcuni dettagli come una ragnatela in sala colazione e il deumidificatore lasciato in vista non sono il massimo. Inoltre, la gentilezza e la disponibilità riscontrate alla reception non trovano lo stesso riscontro nel servizio in sala: se un ospite è più esigente, non si dovrebbe borbottare, o quantomeno non farlo davanti a lui.

Mancanza di un parcheggio privato ma comunque nella reception puoi acquistare i ticket per i parcheggi che in zona sono tutti a pagamento con costi accessibilissimi....

Staff very friendly, let us leave luggage and took it to our room for us. Female receptionist brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us.

Breakfast very limited, no milk? Staff seemed very uninterested in our party and more interested in the yoga retreat guests. No air conditioning in rooms and was told it couldn’t be changed. Heard six people complaining.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die freundliche und nette Bedienung. Insgesamt eignet sich das Hotel gut für Gäste, die eine zentrale Lage schätzen und nicht lärmempfindlich sind

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, was einerseits praktisch ist, andererseits jedoch mit einer erheblichen Lärmbelastung einhergeht. Direkt am Hotel fahren Autos und Motorräder – teils mit sehr lauten Motoren – vorbei. Zudem war bis spät in die Nacht deutlicher Lärm durch Passanten zu hören, insbesondere von Besuchern des Parks mit Riesenrads auf dem Rückweg (Rufen, lautes Sprechen etc.). Zusätzlich sind die Türen und Fenster knarrend, die Lärmdurchlässigkeit insgesamt hoch. Bei Wind verursachen Jalousien und Fenster laute Geräusche, was den Schlaf weiter beeinträchtigt. Der allgemeine Zustand des Hotels wirkt eher älter, eine Renovation sowie bessere Schallisolierung wären wünschenswert. Auch die Parkplatzsituation direkt beim Hotel ist eingeschränkt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, jedoch ohne frischen Fruchtsalat. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die freundliche und nette Bedienung. Insgesamt eignet sich das Hotel gut für Gäste, die eine zentrale Lage schätzen und nicht lärmempfindlich sind, bietet jedoch insbesondere nachts wenig Ruhe.
