The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Beautiful location, close to beach and pool. Pool very well maintained. Unit fairly clean and comfortable

Paved area off the laundry where the clothesline was located was full of weeds, leaves and sand. Sliding door in the master bedroom wardrobe didn't slide. Lock to glass door off the laundry didn't lock. Fly screen to the back door didn't slide properly.

the space around the unit, the pool, BBQ. local skatepark, local IGA

Property itself was slightly disappointing. The bathrooms weren't very clean, bathroom in main bedroom was a bit smelly. Not enough cutlery, not enough bowls. Some mugs were dirty on arrival.

it is a little tired, could do with a fresh paint. but it was clean. maybe a new set of kitchen utensils as they are a bit mix and matched. this is being picky though

"A nice space for family and friends to enjoy a summer break."

The location was very central to shops and other amenities and very close to the beach and jetty. Pool was great for the kids. Property itself was very safe and comfortable and providing a few minor issues, which were sorted promptly, was good value. It is well suited and spacious enough for a family. The grounds are clean and well maintained. BBQ facilities very good.

It could do with a complete change and improvement in crockery, glassware and cutlery, plus a few extra basic utensils. The aircon in the main bedroom was very noisy, and rattled constantly. May need a service.
