Es war eine schöne moderne Anlage - bequeme Betten und das Frühstück war auch super!

Wir waren im 8. Stock und man konnte die Fenster leider nicht öffnen - es war demnach permanent eine schlechte Luft, da die Klima Anlage einfach viel zu kalt war und wir diese deswegen nicht eingeschaltet haben. Zudem spricht das Personal in Restaurant/Bar Tlw. Kaum englisch, weshalb wir 2 mal ein falsches Essen erhalten haben.

We liked the location — it’s in a calm area, close to the metro station, and near the Bernabéu stadium. The hotel felt cozy and comfortable overall.
