Really comfortable and pleasant. Good staff. A bit disorganised at times (especially at meal times) but this just added to the hotel's character and charm. Very popular and well patronised. I had one of the penthouse suites even though my booking was only for a standard room - this was spacious and made my stay very good.

We spent one night there as part of a tour of various cities in Tajikistan and this hotel was particularly comfortable, with a high quality and varied breakfast. Central location and rapid laundry, strongly recommend.

Friendly and helpful front desk

For a guest couple we only had one glass and one cup provided in our room. Even if we brought one up from downstairs the room cleaner took it away. Breakfast staff let tables get filled with empty plates so no cleared tables available. Need someone on table clearing when breakfast is busy.

In the heart of Dushanbe the hotel is unassuming from the front; This changes, however, once inside. The reception shares an open plan area with the restaurant where a buffet breakfast is served that includes western and eastern dishes including caviar. Tea, coffee and soft drinks are complementary for guests as is a laundry service for your first five items - not a joke. One floor downstairs takes you to a nicely equipped gym and swimming pool; an hour's notice will ensure that the water temperature is to your likeness. The rooms are generous with comfy lounging chairs, tea and coffee making facilities, if the reception area is too far away, and bath robes. A four piece bathroom completes things continuing the pampering theme. Walking distance to most of the attractions around the city. Loved the place, could have stayed much longer

This place is wonderful! Endless free perks like coffee/tea/fruit/dessert all day, laundry, airport transfer, and breakfast. Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, front desk staff were super helpful

Buffet breakfast included, lunch and dinner offered, great shower, wonderful bed and bath linens, elevator, scenic views of Dushanbe and the surrounding mountains. Good location, walking distance to the main streets and OVIR office for registration, but still quiet in the evenings. Small gym and pool in the lower level. Best of all, really wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, English-speaking staff. The success of this hotel is well deserved!

This is a very smart hotel which was a lovely surprise. The room was very clean and appealing. Both the room and the bathroom were large and very well appointed. They also had a free laundry service that returned the clothes by the next morning.
