Hotel Duwakschopp

Das Zimmer war super ausgestattet. Das Bad auch echt super. Frühstück war ein Traum. Wow.

Die Eingangstüre zum Zimmer ist gleichzeitig das einzigste Fenster. Wenn man nur mit offenen Fenster schlafen will, fühlt man sich unwohl, da direkt davor der Balkonsteg ist für alle Zimmer. Zudem gibt es nur Sichtschutzplissee. Also entweder dunkel oder alle können beim vorbeilaufen ins Zimmer schauen.

The front of the building was quaint and old world. Just like all of the other black forest – type buildings in the area. The rooms and bathrooms were immaculate, and the breakfast was nice.

The day’s temperature was very hot, and the rooms had no air conditioning nor fans. As Americans, we are not used to that, and we didn’t know we could ask for a fan at the front desk (some hotels have them, some don’t). So, our sleep was terrible, despite the comfort of the beds and cleanliness of the room. The hotel staff did not offer fans, nor did they even tell us when or where breakfast was the next morning when we checked in.

Im Bad wären mehr Ablagen von Vorteil, Preis für eine Nacht etwas hoch. Fahrstuhl fehlt

Heerlijke schone hotelkamers zonder poespas. Prima ontbijt, mist niets! Uitstekend gezellig restaurant bij het hotel

Wir hatten Zimmer 6 im Haus an der Hauptstraße. Flurtüre unten aufgeschlossen und schon kam uns ein sehr miefiger Geruch entgegen, vermutlich von den Arbeitsschuhen unten links vor der Tür. Die steile Treppe hoch und schnell ins Zimmer. Das war dann groß, das Badezimmer aber etwas enger. Das außen angebrachte und stark beleuchtete Hotelschild an der Aussenwand brachte auch noch eine Restbeleuchtung ins Zimmer. Wir hofften das das Frühstück das wahrscheinlich rausreisst. Diese Hoffnung wurde leider nicht erfüllt. 130€ für eine Nacht mit Frühstück für Zwei, war meines Erachtens nicht gerechtfertigt. Für mich ein "Never come back Hotel".
