Please note that key collection takes place at Promocions i Construcions Pals, 2, Calle Torre Mora Street, 17256 Pals. Please let Casas Golf Relax know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. Bed linen and towels are included and are changed every 6 days. Cleaning at the end of the stay is also included. Please note that reservations that include December 31st require a deposit of EUR 300.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Trato profesional en recepción, las instalaciones y el apatramento en general sobre todo por el precio. Ademas nos olvidamos unos auriculares y nos han facilitado que el envio a nuesttrro domicilio (pagando el envio nosotros faltaria mas). Por ultimo las zonas comunes son excelentes tanto la piscina bbq jardines y jacuzzi. El welcome kit incluye pastillas para el lavaplatos, una esponja para fegar,, trapo, bolsas de basura, y jabon de platos.

La direccion mas visible es la del apartamento no la de recepcion, esta indicado en el correo pero podria ser un poco mas claro, y a parte de las toallas (punto a favor) estaria bien tener jabones para la ducha. perro esto ya buscando los puntos a mejorar, en general super contentos con la reserva.

En general todo, muy comodo

El jacuzzi estaba frio, nosotros no lo usamos, pero habian personas que les tocó calentar agua para poder temperar el agua del jacuzzi, bueno en nuestro caso no era algo prioritario, pero a u niño siempre le gusta jugar en el agua
