The agents were very friendly and responsive.

The staff were very helpful and resolved any problems raised. So, I definitely full marks there.. They helped us a lot.

Some of the equipments were not up to the standards. The staff were resolving issues as and when we were reporting them. Eventually, we were tired of reporting every small issue and gave up reporting them. But certainly if things did work properly in the first place it would have been nicer.

Location is nice, beautiful nature around, close to supermarkets, golf courts and restaurants. Territory is clean and well composed, swimming pool and hot tub are great. It’s enough space in the villa, kitchen has all appliances. It is an ideal place for family vacation.

Beds are not very comfortable and very noisy. It would be great to have swimming pool heated. Be advised about reception working hours. When we arrived at 3 pm there was nobody at the reception office. We followed easy instructions how to get inside the villa but faced with door problem. We lost a couple hours to resolve that issue and met with not very friendly host. It’s not a big deal but it influences the overall impression.

The environment is very nice. You can find everything what you need in the apartment.

The property is well located and spacious but can be noisy as there is a lack of sound proofing. The community areas are well maintained. The reception is located at a different location. The staff were friendly and helpful but omitted to explain the procedure required to obtain a change of towels and bed linen to us at check-in.

Poor inventory control - eg: 4 small coffee cups for a 3 bedroomed villa. The beds were extremely uncomfortable - the springs were noisy and could be felt digging in to one's body. We didn't sleep well at all. The only outdoor furniture is a table and hard dining chairs - no sun beds or comfortable seating at all. The downstairs air conditioning at our house did not work so we were moved to the house next door where the upstairs air conditioning was faulty. We did not complain as we were fed up with moving. Washing machine was very very noisy.
