Posizione ok, non distante dal mare, vicino a tutti i comfort, supermercato, pizzeria, bottega s. Rita, colazione ok, discreta varietà, buone le torte fatte in casa passabili i cornetti, caffè ok.

Stanza piccola per soggiornare con un cane, balconcino minuscolo coperto da una pianta che non lascia entrare sole in stanza, abbiamo trovato anche un cavallo a dondolo in legno che riduceva ulteriormente gli spazi e non aveva alcuna utilità. I proprietari hanno fin dall’inizio iniziato a dirci che il cane non deve essere lasciato da solo in stanza, non deve disturbare e che si riservavano di applicare un sovrapprezzo in caso di pulizie straordinarie. Nonostante avessimo con noi un disinfettante Amuchina comprato a nostre spese con cui pulivamo sempre il pavimento quando rimuovevamo le traversine con nostra sorpresa ci sono stati chiesti 50 euro di sovrapprezzo per le pulizie straordinarie, 10 per ogni giorno di soggiorno, per giustificarsi hanno parlato di un forte odore proveniente dalla traversine che abbiamo smaltito noi e inoltre ci è stato riferito che lo stesso sovrapprezzo è stato chiesto agli altri ospiti con un cane, cosa che ci fa pensare sia una prassi obbligatoria e non opzionale come indicato su booking e scritto privatamente via messaggio. Per tutti questi motivi non ci sentiamo di consigliare assolutamente questo B&B a chi vuole soggiornare con animali domestici.

This was a little piece of paradise - beautiful rooms & rooftop terrace and the breakfasts were AMAZING. Perfect location - the town has everything you need!

We enjoyed our stay so much. Licia and Peppe are amazing hosts. Everything was perfect to us.

A beautiful, thoughtfully designed property, with a care for the environment. Everything was clean and with a relaxed atmosphere. Pepe and Licia were lovely hosts and were happy to accommodate special requests and share information and recommendations for food and sights to visit. The breakfasts were beautifully prepared with fresh cakes and bread each morning baked by Licia's mama. A genuinely authentic couple. The location was also perfect, 2 minutes walk from a beautiful beach and promenade. Highly recommended for a relaxing and homely break.

We stayed 2 nights at the beautiful B&B. The hosts were extremely friendly , welcoming & helpful,giving us recommendations of places to eat nearby. The B &B is a minute from the beach and all restaurants, bars & cafes are within 5 minutes walk. Parking was nearby. Our room was large , had lovely decor with balcony ,en-suite and also a fridge. The bed was super comfortable too. The B&B has a large roof terrace, with lots of different seating arrangements, a swing, sun loungers, chairs. Breakfast was on the roof terrace, a selection of coffee, fruits , yogurt and homemade cake. Punta Secca is a small place with a lovely beach and nice restaurants. I would definitely choose to stay at Sempreverde again if I was to return . We loved it and wished we could have stayed longer
