The owner was extremely ok, nice guy

Towels with holes in them, one of the pillows was pretty dirty, I had to switch it.

Friendly and responsive staff.

The location is good, the room is huge, the bed is very comfortable.

They don’t provide you shower gel or shampoo, only liquid and solid soap. Also there aren’t glasses in the room but you can take some from the kitchen on the downstairs. The curtains were stained with paint or something like that.

great value, inexpensive - and right on the street in Poiana, but away from the traffic. Pretty location.

way too many steps, at least 100, to get from the street - where we parked - up into the lobby and two flights upstairs. Clerk did not speak a word of English and had no idea who we were.
