Staff were so kind especially at check in, breakfast was very good, room was clean and very comfortable. We felt safe and the hotel was wonderful. Shout out Silas, i believe that was his name.

No free complementary breakfast, no bun, banana, no nothing. Couple roaches were also in the bathroom.

The breakfast was pretty good

This hotel seems old our room was quite dark and outdated, I was a bit deceived by the online pictures prior to arriving it wasn’t a good vibe for me but for others it may be just fine, our hotel key cards didn’t want to work most of the time which was annoying, and the bathrooms in general could use some work the shower floor was very slippery for some reason and the water seemed to have soap in it I never truly felt clean, and they’re very small. The rest of the room was fine and clean and quite spacious in the end we’re gonna find a different hotel to book our next Jacksonville visit.
