Breakfast was simple and fresh. Staff was kind. Room very clean. Good location for walking around. They let us check in very early

Completely different hotel name on building! Building says Hoteles Bogota Inn. And Google address is wrong. Very confusing for travelers. Staff couldn't find my reservation, then they found it and tried to have me fill out a long form online. Tried 4x and form wouldn't work ...check in was very difficult. Shower took long time to warm up.
