H10 Casa de la Plata

The location is amazing and convenient to get around the city. The staff are outstanding, friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back, would highly recommend this hotel. Roof terrace is a delight.

Just checked out today after a wonderful 3 night stay. If only all hotels, and particularly the staff could be just like this one! The location couldn't be more central and the bedrooms and public areas are beautiful and very clean. The roof top terrace is a lovely place to chill after a busy day of sightseeing and the plunge pool is an added bonus.

An excellent hotel in a great position. Staff were all very good and helpful. We stayed 3 nights and only ate lunch on the roof which was good. Rooftop bar is great for a drink or relax after sightseeing. The rooms were very clean and nicely furnished. We were facing the street so there was some noise at times during the night but nothing too bad. If you are a light sleeper i would ask for a high floor - we were on the first floor.

Location is in the center of Seville and convenient to everything. Rooms are very nice. I would definitely book this hotel again and recommend it to family and friends.

When I checked in I asked if I would have to change rooms since these 4 nights I had booked on my own and the final nights were part of an independent tour. The front desk said I wouldn't have to move, however, the morning of the 5th day at check out time I was called and told I had to move to another room immediately. Someone at the front desk failed to notify me in advance. As I said, they had told me at check-in that I wouldn't have to move. It was very inconvenient packing up quickly and moving to another room so they could make up the room I was in.

We stayed at the H10 for a city break, and it was the perfect place for it. Many thanks to the dedicated team. The service was great. We’d especially like to thank Amaia Garcia Alvarez. She took excellent care of us both during breakfast and on the rooftop terrace.

The location was perfect, right in the center of all the action. The hotel is beautiful. Very clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Amaia was exceptionally warm and attentive. The breakfast is superb. Overall a 10/10. We would definitely stay here again. We were sad to leave
