If you are a night owl and like to party, this clean apartment complete with a kitchen is the place for you because it is located in the middle of a popular Torremolinos tourist area filled with shops, restaurants and pubs. This is not the place for you if you are looking for a quiet retreat. The tourist revelers party until 3 AM on most nights and some of the residents of the apartment building are not very respectful by talking or playing their TV loud after midnight. Construction in the building went on during the day during our stay. We rented a parking spot inside the building, but to get to the apartment and the indoor garage, you have to drive through the pedestrian street filled with shoppers who give you dirty looks as you drive by. The indoor parking garage is also hard to drive in and out of if you have a bigger car like an S.U.V. since the opening and street are very narrow. At least for me, getting the car in and out of the apartment garage and through the hordes of shoppers was an inconvenience. The building is dark because the lighting system goes off automatically. My wife felt very uneasy walking into a dark hallway at night. The building needs some general upgrading to the exterior and interior. As for communication with the company which owns the apartment, it is very limited and impersonal. They answer your emails, but you never get to meet the person. Your keys are held for you in a box which you pick up and return.

Bon séjour. Mais l'hébergement n'est pas accessible en fauteuil roulant ou pour les gens qui ont des poussetes bébé depuis le centre ville, faut alors prévoir un taxi ou uber. À part ça tout s'est bien passé.

Asiallinen kämppä hyvällä sijainnilla. Sänky oli seinälle kääntyvä, jota en itse etukäteen tajunnut, mutta ihan toimiva ratkaisu. Itsepalvelu check-in vaatii englanninosaamista ja kännykkäverkkoa, eikä välttämättä onnistu esim vanhemmilta matkaajilta (huomasin naapurin taistelua seuratessa)

AC geraet muss gewechselt werden, ist mega alt macht so viel larm und mach nicht warm. Sauberkeit war mangelhaft, viele lange haaren uberall. Nachbaren sind megalaut.

Lovely and convenient location. Beach is a 2 minute walk.

Very handy for the beach, a couple of bars were not too far, and a late night supermarket was close enough. Despite being close to amenities we found it nice and quiet. Kitchen was well-equipped. Although the room was small, it makes great use of space with the fold-away beds. Spotlessly clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Friendly cleaning staff. Great WiFi and smart TV for streaming films after child went to bed.
