Kitchen facilities were excellent for self catering, especially for breakfast. The place was clean and comfortable, beds were good, but I would have liked a lighter option rather than the doona.

The ensuite in the front bedroom was very dark, so a small lamp or nightlight would have been good rather than the harsh overhead light and fan for night visits. A dustpan and broom would be helpful to tidy up, especially as it was raining when we arrived and we were hard pressed not to track in dirt.

The house is large and has everything you need. Beds and couches are comfy, always important when travelling. Location is close to everything. Be great in summer with the pool right outside.

Some maintenance is required but the owner was very receptive to this once advised. Great communication. Would definately return.

Great location, walk to the beach and jetty.

Property didn’t have an oven or dishwasher. No locks on bathroom/toilet.

On arrival with a quick look thru it seemed clean but then when we were settling in we noticed the millions of mozzies dead on the bed and ridiculous amount of clutter taking up all the cupboard space. We also found dirty knickers in the cupboard and rubbish. There wasn’t much room to unpack our stuff with all the mess taking up the storage space. The back patio looked like it had never been swept. We couldn’t go out there without wearing shoes. We liked the proximity to the beach, playground and skate park plus the pool area was nice however it was overrun by local kids on the weekend who too, all the lounge chairs in the shade and were very noisy in the pool playing games. They were not guests, just obviously use the pool When it’s a hot day as anyone can come and go. It would be good to have to use a swipe card or key to enter the pool area to avoid anyone coming it who shouldn’t be there.

The property was fantastic. Great location, beautiful view of the pool with a great outdoor area. Spacious inside with all amenities required. Loved the little Christmas fruit cake left out and Christmas tree! We had a great Christmas Day! Thanks again!

It was quite comfortable and spacious. A couple of quibbles, low lighting in bathrooms (LEDs would be good), no stove.
