Great place to stay in Madinah. Directly located behind the Masjid Nabawi and easily located from afar. Staff were always helpful, the cafe was very nice and had lots of options and assortment of cakes and shakes. Definitely would recommend this place again.
It’s in a good location, very close to the masjid. Rooms were not too spacious but clean and the facilities were good. Breakfast buffet was small but had everything you’d want.

Overall, my stay was pleasant. However, I was disappointed to find that when I booked the room, it mentioned free parking, but upon arrival, the hotel staff informed me there would be an additional charge of SAR 50 per night for parking.
Excellent location and helpful staff
I had a wonderful stay, the staff are polite, professional and always ready to assist. they were very accommodating in allowing us to check in early, which was a big help instead of waiting until 4pm. The hotel location is midway between the northern area, where all the restaurants are, and the South Gate which lead to rawda.
We had a great stay. Can’t be any closer the haram. Across from the woman entry. Highly recommend.
I spent 3 nights at this hotel before I headed off to do umrah. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. I got to the hotel room early and was checked in within the hour, which was superb. I can confirm the staff are very helpful, warm & pleasant and clearly take pride in their jobs. I felt extremely safe with them as a solo female traveller. I booked a double bed room, however I was given a bed that two single mattresses put together, although this was solved in the end, it was frustrating having to clarify the difference between a double mattress and putting two singles together. However, I can confirm they did their best to accommodate considering they were at full capacity & acknowledged the issue. I was eventually checked into a different room the next day. In the meantime they insured the current room with the two mattresses was as comfortable as possible. I would definitely stay here again as I felt valued and safe as a customer. Small things to improve on: The hot water in the shower gets cold quickly (within 20mins) The kettle in the room doesn’t turn off automatically once it reaches a boil. Overall, thank you to the team. I loved my time in Medinah. Special shoutout to Saif, Abdallah, Solafa, Zayed and the bell boy at the front I never got his name (always happy and smiling). The location is great, it is directly opposite gates (322,320). There is a small supermarket/corner shop on the right which is super convenient as a traveller!
