"Great apartment and welcoming host!"

The location of Avra is perfect! Right on the main walking street, surrounded by cafes and restaurants, with sea view apartments. The apartment is well equipped, spacious and clean, with shared kitchen. The host is very welcoming, attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back!

A very pleasant hotel with a perfect location close to the beach. The owner Antonio is the kindest and most responsive person you could ever meet—always ready to help and answer any of your questions. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. There’s even a shared kitchen where you can make your morning coffee! If I could, I’d give it 10 stars instead of 5. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place in Stavros. ☺️

"Better than expected."

We had a fantastic stay at Avra Apartments in Stavros! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and even better than expected. The hosts were kind and attentive, checking in on us regularly. The location is ideal – right on the promenade with amazing sea views and lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. Beautiful beaches are everywhere, whether you walk or drive. Huge thanks to the lovely family running this place – highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

Staying at this hotel was a real pleasure. The location is simply perfect – just steps away from the sea and the center of Stavros, which is such a lovely and peaceful town. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The owner is exceptionally kind and always smiling.
