Close to the beach, close to the shops, quiet location and far from main road (only need to cross a minor road to get to the beach), has all you need for a relaxing holiday with family.

Not all the Kitchen tools are clean and tidy, but that’s a minor issue

Condition of unit and location

Unit was clean. Well equipped. Comfortable beds and lounge. Clean linen, washing machine and dryer. Plenty of kitchen equipment and a large fridge.. Conveniently located beside a playground and small skate park. Walking distance to beach walkway

This unit was NOT an accessible unit. It should not be advertised as such. There was a ramp to door, but a lip to get inside, a shower with a job. Small inside not allowing wheelchair access beyond living area. There was rails in toilet and single rail in shower, both inaccessible unless user could walk into them. Whilst mostly very clean, shower has a white build up and kitchen cupboard fronts dirty. Crockery and cutlery were mismatched.

Perfect for big families. Only 3 of us adults but we enjoyed the space available and were comfortable for 3 nights.

Unfortunately not much parking space as our unit shares with another, so in the busy seasons it would be a struggle however luckily it was mostly empty during our stay.

The property was in a descent location close to the beach and local shops. Found the area safe to navigate by foot\car if needed be. The old school VHS tapes were cool also if your into movies this place has a lot of films to choose from. Shower has some nice flow and temperature to it, toilet felt nice to sit on wasn't flimsy or dirty. BBQ was somewhat descent was able to cook some delightful meals. Nice AC.

If you're looking for a good night sleep do not stay here, the fans in the rooms wouldn't stop making this noise every couple of seconds all night long and they didn't do a good job at cooling down the room. Beds had sand under the top cover which was nice to hop into with, had to dust all the sand off which is not something I find delighted to do when I'm going to bed. There were weird stains all over the couches and cushions which was very disgusting, the cleanliness of this house was very appalling in my opinion and considering we have to pay a $100 cleaning fee l'd expect the house to be well maintained. Also the outside light didn't work and inside lights did not really do a good job of illuminating the living|dining room area.

A lovely cozy unit. Everything you need - nothing fancy. Beds are very good quality.
