zero maintenance in the property. Everything was broken

The property was completely haunted. It was a residential complex in which resort was located. First of all the area was not at all maintained there was not proper lighting in corridor and even room was not having proper lighting and the images at this site are completely different from what actually was there. The bed was covered with hairs and we got to know over there that Wi-Fi is only at reception in rooms you wont be getting any kind of Wi-Fi so after seeing all this situation we decided not to check-in at resort.

The duty manager went out of the way to help and assist in a good check-in and check-out experience, which is very important for a business traveller. Other facilities are good.

We really enjoy it’s up to the mark. Everything is Really very good staff is also very good cleanness food everything everything is very good. Hundred out of hundred marks👌👌👌 It’s awesome

The rooms were immaculately clean, well-appointed, and featured modern amenities that ensured a comfortable and convenient stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the elegant furnishings to the thoughtful touches in the room.

Fog resort, the resort has it own identification this is well know for fog near to kasara ghar food is too good

location is mesmerising it is like a fog resort all the room were clean and tidy

Only the premises on which the group of hotels, one of which is Vivaant is good. Note that all the amneties shown(pool, sports etc) are common and not exclusive to Vivaant.

Horribly rude desk staff, filthy rooms, disgusting stained bedsheets, slow(no) service,months old rat droppings in the cupboard(not surprising to the staff), water ran away in the bathroom that they took time to fix. Please note this is over just one day. Very poorly managed and guests have to spend hours in the lobby because of gross overbooking. Malpractices such as payment in cash only, otherwise extra 18%(why?). No cards. The hotel only runs because of the premises and on weekends.

1.Not accepting card or UPI 2.more than 1 hr taken by the staff to allocate the room even we are booked online. 3.Room was not cleaned . 4.Room service worse . 5.nothing more than a room in this resort . 6.we have wait 1 hr & observed that regular complaint are receiving but solution was absent . 7.No bill given by hotel. 8.No water in room.

I did not stay in vivaant as the rooms were pathetic and smelly
