Excellent customer service

Very odd property. No front desk or contact with anyone. I had to send a message the day of check in just to get instructions for obtaining keys. Very minimal basics in room but it was at least clean. No sign outside and poor lighting. Difficult to even get the keys out of the lockbox because it was dark when we arrived.

There was no staff available in person. All communication was handled electronically so beware if you can't use your phone for lock-box instructions, you won't be able to get into the building. Rooms are large and spacious, but odd layout. Bed was not comfortable. Dogs in house across the street barked annoyingly.

Apartment was clean and roomy, the furnishings were basic but it had all the necessary amenities, and it was very close to the airport—their shuttle was auper convenient. Reception was available at a nearby hotel and they were extremely helpful, they did everything to make our stay pleasant and to help us find a place to eat, etc.

It was a nightmare! The Hotel was not at all the way it was described on hotels.com!! Or advertised anywhere, it was not a Hotel at all, it was a studio apartment at best inside a commercial building, there was no beds they were cots! As hard as the stones in Athens, there is no front desk at the location, there was no concierge, at the location, the unit was very dirty, the towels smelled horrendous, the walls were dirty, when I called the hotel upon arrival and discovered that there was no front desk or anyone to assist me they gave me a combination to a lock box to let myself in, there was no bottle of wine and promised by hotels.com! It was the worst stay, I have ever had in any, hotel in all my years. There was condoms in the room on the shelf when we arrived! No closet just a rack.

Remote check-in was successful but could be improved. We were contacted via WhatsApp, e-mail and through the Hotels.com app. It seemed a bit elaborate just to arrange a lockbox code. In other aspects, the room was very good and clean. There were some menus for several nearby restaurants. We ate at “Grill House” twice as they had a nice dinner and super-good staff. There are several other choices of restaurants including breakfast. The area around the hotel was quiet, walkable and safe.
