CHNicely located in a quiet neighbourhood.
AUHost very friendly and helpful. We left a power converter in one of the rooms. I thought it might be gone as I used to leave a jacket during stay in another place and it was never found. This time item was recovered and we picked it up on the way going back to Perth
Cups and glasses are clean but can be better

The owner was unnecessarily rude on the phone. Spare room was quite hot in summer as only had a fan.
