The location. The room was clean. Lots of TV channels.

There was no hot water in the sink. There was no smoke detector in the room. There was a hole in the door to the bathroom. The face towels looked as if they were not clean or been used. There were not enough pillows on the bed for a king size room.

They advertise continental breakfast with stay but never put anything out. I was told just coffee and toast.
