我到過很多國家旅遊，這間旅館Wellesley Hotel絕對是最爛最糟糕的旅館，它甚至不配稱為旅館，理由和證據如下： 1.絕大多數的房間都非常狹窄而且牆壁和地板都非常骯髒，整個外觀看起來簡直就是破爛不堪 2.雖然這棟建築物對外號稱旅館，但他其實不是旅館，因為他缺乏正規旅館所應有的設備，例如：缺乏吹風機、冷氣機、拖鞋、微波爐、衣架、一般備品、飯店大廳等等 3.該旅館老闆涉嫌詐欺，他並未在我入住之前告知我房間浴室的地板有明顯裂縫且淋浴間地板已經嚴重毀損，我在入住的第一天只是進去洗澡3分鐘，旅館老闆就急著來敲我房間的門，我請家人去開門，他闖進房間的浴室查看，我感到非常尷尬且憤怒，之後他跟我家人講說我這個房間正在漏水到樓下房間，但問題是我只是正常用水且我才洗澡3分鐘而已，水不可能滲透樓下房間，後來我才發現因為浴室地板和淋浴間地板有破損，所以浴室的水可能透過這個地板滲漏到樓下房間，但他卻未在我入住前告知，而且竟然把浴室漏水歸咎於我，甚至還說要跟我加收一筆修理費，他這很明顯就是惡意詐欺 4.這棟建築物的隔音真的我非常差，隔壁房間和走廊的聲音都會很清楚地傳到我入住的這間房間內，在我入住後的短短幾小時內我就已經聽到各種很大的聲音和噪音，真的感覺非常地吵雜、令人不安 5.該名老闆看起來像中東人，他的言行舉止讓人覺得他奸詐狡猾，難怪很多國家的人都說遇到中東人千萬要小心 Title: The worst hotel experience ever—A complete scam and total nightmare! ​I have traveled to many countries, and Wellesley Hotel is hands down the absolute worst place I have ever encountered. It does not even deserve to be called a hotel. Here are the reasons and concrete evidence: ​Dilapidated and Filthy Conditions: The vast majority of the rooms are extremely cramped, and both the walls and floors are incredibly dirty. The entire building looks completely run-down and broken from the outside. ​Severe Lack of Basic Amenities: Although this establishment claims to be a hotel, it lacks the most fundamental facilities a regular hotel should provide. There is no hotel lobby, and the rooms completely lack a hair dryer, air conditioner, slippers, microwave, clothes hangers, and basic toiletries. ​Deceptive and Fraudulent Behavior by the Owner: The owner intentionally concealed severe property defects. He never informed me prior to my check-in that the bathroom floor had visible cracks and the shower floor was severely damaged. On my first day, after taking a normal shower for a mere 3 minutes, the owner rushed to knock heavily on my door. My family opened it, and he barged into the bathroom while I was still there, which made me feel extremely embarrassed and furious. He then claimed that my room was leaking into the room downstairs. I really liked the hotel because of its good location. It is close to the main market, with plenty of food options and shops nearby. I would also like to mention the manager, Sunny, who was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. He was always kind and made the experience even more enjoyable.

Great stay - comfortable ensuite room, has a tv, installed fan, teas and coffees and a brand new kettle. Walking distance to Ilford station, and Ilford high street.I had accidentally damaged some of the property, but the management was very nice about it - sorry again.
