Fantastic customer service from Hotel Manager Sunny, he is so considerate & welcoming, great hospitality. Nice facilities in the room, clean and comfortable.

I don’t have any faults, I was very happy with my stay.

For the price it was a relatively good spot. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The cleanliness could be better. Bathroom cupboard duct-taped together and shelf under mirror nearly falling off the wall. Room smaller than what the pictures show.

The property had everything you needed for short day. And the host was always there and ready to help you with anything you needed

The hotel is by no means up to a 3-star standard — at best, it deserves 1 star. It should be reevaluated by a commission. In the bathroom, it literally rains 🌧️ from the floor above. The toilet is constantly clogged. The heating cannot be turned off, so you’re stuck with 30°C inside in the middle of winter. If you run out of toilet paper, the staff asks you to wait until the next day. The windows are broken and can barely be closed. The curtains have never been washed. Our experience at this hotel was a disaster. Moreover, the photo posted on the Booking page is fake — the rooms look terrible.

Free parking was available. Having a fridge was nice. Water pressure in shower was great. Room was heat well.

The photos make the rooms look brand new and very clean. However this is not the case. The King size room I had was tired and run down. The bed was soft and quite bouncy almost like a water bed, a very strange mattress. The net curtains were old and torn in places. The 4 way socket under TV had at some point been stuck to the wall but it was hanging down. The desk and microwave had seen better days. In the bathroom the sink cabinet was kept together (repaired?) with gaffer tape, the glass shelf above I wouldn't have trusted it to hold anything as it was sloping slightly and glass wasn't fixed and definitely not clean. The floor tiles were cracked. In the shower unit the floor had been repaired, a previous crack or leak I think from what I could tell, but dare I say not by a professional, as no care had been taken to make it look clean and presentable as would a proper tradesman and the shower head had no holder on the vertical bar so had to hold it in hand. Lastly, the gap between the door and the sink cabinet is very tight about 2cm so be aware when closing the door as I manage to trap my thumb quite badly when closing the door behind me on the way into the bathroom.

THE FRIDGE IN ROOM WAS NOISY, HAD TO TURN IT OFF. A STANDARD LAMP WAS ELECTRICALLY UNSAFE. LACK OF PLUGS JUST A MOTLY EXTENSION LEAD. BATHROOM FLOOR SLOPED WRONG WAY AND DOOR WRONG WAY AROUND

Alarm going off at 0030 and several times after. Knocked on my door saying the alarm was for water coming into my room..No water was found. Sleep distrubted throughout.
