Good location, friendly and informative host. Good shower, free parking.

The mattress on. my bed unfortunately was uncountable aas springs were digging g into my ribs ( bed next to window in budget room) Could also hear people in next room speaking and snoring

Front of building looked like a slum - I had to fix TV as owner couldn't - mould on window - narrow children's SINGLE beds - bottled (refilled) water in room had been there some time - bar was permanently closed - price was higher than for luxury Premier Plus stay at Premier Inn on subsequent night which also had private secure parking ON SITE

Callus was really pleasant and extremely helpful. The room was big, comfortable and supplied everything we required for our stay. Callum's recomendation of the Indian restaurant two doors away was fantastic.

The exterior of the property is nit paticularly inviting but do not put off by this. As the accommodation is excellent!

Great location and VFM. Clean and comfortable with good parking and access to town. Calum was very friendly and helpful
