Gold City 3 Bedroom Villa 4

The property was not located in Alanya as per the address on our booking. The villa is located on the top of a hill, in The Mahmutlar area. The road to the villla is unsafe, with poor visibility, surrounded by construction and rubbish. Lots of ants inside the villa, we got bitten many times. It’s located on a very steep area and far away from the amenities of the resort, you need to walk up a hill for about 20 minutes. Our air conditioner didn’t work, we complained many times. There was a dead frog inside our pool. Broken sun beds. The worse of it all is the hotel management. They are so agressive, I personally think they have some mental issues, I never seen managers so unprepared and rude. Hotel makes up charges and threats the clients if they query it. The mattresses are like stone, and my husband has a bad back from it. The villa is like a sauna as the air con doesn’t work properly. Broken tiles in the pool. My son hurt his foot. Absolutely terrible, staff doesn’t speak English , unless they need to charge you for something, then suddenly their understanding of the English language improves. Stay away from this place, it’s just dirty , rude staff and in the middle of nowhere
