I came to hotel with family tired at 11 and till 12.30 they did not give me the keys. The last on the reception continuously repeated that nobody informed her about our prepaid confirmed booking. That was terrible. She tried to contact her manager continuously in a hurry and do not listen us even if we say please give us the keys and we will pay and tomorrow you can solve the problem with your manager. The whole thing costed us 1.5 hours and I paid another night as a deposit to get keys. In the morning I woke up with a terrible back pain. I was like not able to get up. They were polite all time but we suffered with. 4 years old child. Not sure if I would book them again after this terrible experience. Suggest to beware.

Hotel is pitiresk clean and in a beautiful location! Staf is very helpfull and friendly and they make you feel like home in another country. Its clean and lovely breakfast and they Will guide you in things you like to find or do.

The hotel is situated in a very good location and known street abashidze where u can find lots of good restaurants and shops and 7 min to the old town . All the team is very helpful and very friendly that can help in any thing you may need ( from small details to tours). Requested for a stay in tbilisi
