Please be advised the property water park is open on a seasonal basis (weather permitting) from mid-March through September. Please call the hotel directly concerning dates outside this range. Please note that a maximum of 8 rooms may be booked by a guest at one time. Contact hotel for details. The properties require the credit card holder to present proper ID and the credit/debit card used to pay the first night's deposit at check-in. Please note that parking during car shows is limited to 1 parking space per room. Contact the property for more information. If the card holder will not be present at check-in, the property requires that the credit card holder complete a Credit Card Authorization form to be sent in advance of arrival. Per our policies, we cannot rent a non-handicap room when a handicap room is required or requested. The waterpark is open through mid -October. Parking is always limited to 1 space. Cashless Country Cascades will no longer accept cash as a method of payment.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. "I think it is over priced, water slide was down while there, room smelled terrible."

The staff was friendly, the parking was plentiful, the bed was comfortable. Ice cream shop was okay. Elevators worked!

The room smelled mildew and moldy. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash was empty in the shower. The air would not stay on it continued to click off every few minutes. Took my family for a weekend getaway and the outdoor waterslides were not in use when we checked in or the next day, which is upsetting since that was the whole reason I chose this resort. Someone broke the step on the ladder to get in the pool on the deeper side and left the parts just laying around, I picked them up and put them together. Their was a lady sitting in the kiddie pool indoor waterpark side doped out and acting very uneasy. I did not like that. I paid for a balcony room pool view and got a view of an old run down house that was for sale on the back side of the resort. Ice machine was broken.

"Great breakfast"

Granny cluckers had the best potatoes. Renee the manager was very sweet. Our waitress Allura was very attentive to our table. The place was packed but our service was so great.
